IOS menu shows clean IOSs at a glance( clean == Nintendo IOS ).
When installing an IOS over a clean IOS with a higher revision it will now try to change the version the IOS instead of deleting it.
Added option, DeleteDefaultInsteadRemove, to override this new higher version default action and delete the IOS.
Fixed some issues in wad manager and cleaned up the menus.
Check ios now has options to display ios currently being checked, dump IOS hashes, and skip checking the IOSs just output csv(useful if it is errors while checking).
Brought back the config option AutoLoadIOS to load a specific IOS at launch(ex 236).
More caching and general speed up.

Changes from 5.50 GEN:
VSH Menu has SHUTDOWN DEVICE option.
Recovery Menu has SPEEDUP MS options.
PSX games may work, but I'm not 100% sure (this means NOT TESTED).

QJ.NET Forums member kompas has pointed us towards an experimental PS2 homebrew loader for the Sony PlayStation 3 developed by PS2 homebrew developer Hermes.
The app is called PSXLoader. It's still very much in the preliminary stages of development and can only be used to run Hermes' Guitarfun and PS2Reality Mediaplayer homebrew apps
StartPatch StartPatch
StartPatch is a homebrew application that patches your System Menu v4.0, v4.1, or v4.2 in a similar fashion as StarFall. It is based upon Menu Patcher by Isaac356.
Non-Brick Related Note
I have only tested the 4.0.4 USA version and cannot say if others work. I can now confirm that StartPatch 4.1 NTSC-U does work mostly. v4
