Albert Griscti-Soler has just updated Transcode 360 beta. The latest beta 3 has many great fixes and updates to the already awesome Transcode.
For those who don't know, Transcode 360 is an amazing piece of homebrew which allows you to stream your divx/xvid movies to your Xbox 360. It is designed to run on Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.
Here's what's updated :
* Most Aspect Ratio issues have been addressed.
* A/V Sync has been improved too.
* Playback choppiness has been addressed and rectified.
* Easier Installation.
Now for the new features :
* Support for subtitles.
* Now supports multiple transcoding engines ffmpeg, mencoder and Windows Media Encoder plug-ins are provided. It's still recommended to use mencoder for the sole reason that it supports a staggering 299 codecs.
