XIS Portal is a formatted PSP site for your 2.0+ firmware PSPs. Currently this is in the beta stage and is incomplete, but it can do a lot for a beta, so try it out!

1. No copy flag bit in saves now removed when copying no copy flag save games.
In previous version you could copy no copy saves but it left the no copy flag bit in the save so unless you used a Hex editor you couldn't copy the save game back to your Wii. Now this bit is removed when you copy the save over. Thanks Kenobi for this patch

It must be the week for portal releases, as there's another one on the loose. After mentioning the release of DarkPortal and Pro-Messenger, Hunter Onhika sent in a tip about a rebuild of pspWxp, known as Encore.
According to the pspWxp forums, pspWxp Encore v4 is the first beta out for the portal

Homebrew application AFKIM has really gone through a lot of changes. For those of you who are hearing about this for the first time, the application originally belongs to Denzel and its purpose is to let users send instant messages using the PSP. We have another PSP Flash portal we can all enjoy, this time out from Jaapie (thanks for the heads up!). Version 1.0 of Jaapie's Flash Portal was made with Swish 2.0 and contains four applications and 12 games plus an arcade pack. To use this application, just extract the files to your PSP then browse to /psp/jaapie's flash portal/intro.swf
