It's been nearly a year since we last heard from TCLCloud's Portal 117 but it seems that the PlayStation Portable homebrew developer isn't quite done with the project yet. An updated version of Portal 117 has just hit, sporting version number 4.0.
In case you missed the last version, Portal 117 is as the name suggests - a PSP portal that provides easy links to wallpaper, games, flash cartoons, RSS channels, and more. For this update, TCLCloud has made the following changes (from the portal's changelog):

*Nearly 70 new games
*New applications
*12 new flash cartoons
*Ebooks and reviews added to read
*30 new links added
*15 more video and music links
*220 wallpaper links added
