Video Convert To (.dpg) Video Convert to (.dpg) is a DS homebrew program to be installed on your PC that allows you to convert videos to a compatible format to transfer to your DS. Notes from the developer:
1: install tvcnew.exe
2: convert the file format. AVI (MJPEG AVI)
3: dpgtools131 and dpgenc
4: move the file format (. AVI) under dpgenc
