Just a few days back, homebrew developer Akez released a new version for his PSP Wave Changer and new the dev's back with an upgrade. The wave flasher gets a minor addition, it now shows if the battery level is below 5%.
The dev added his own themes to the bundle though if they are not to your liking, feel free to delete them. Akez also noted that it would be "wise to only use this application with Custom Firmware", just in case you need to restore some corrupt files. Here's the dev's constant reminder from the readme file (it would be smart to read the entire thing):
