Well, it sounds 80's enough for it, at least. According to a tip from OMG MasterChief Wii60, this may just be the theme for it.
A little digging on the newly opened Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories website leads us to believe that it will one of the themes for the game. Chances are, this could be one of the tracks you'll hear for the game, possibly for the usual Grand Theft Auto opening montage. At the very least, it makes for really nice loading screen music.
Listen to the mp3 file from us, and tell us what you think. The snippet on the GTA: VCS site of the identical song can only really be heard during the opening loading screen after you enter your birthdate, so you may want to refresh a couple of time.
