RType Clone Demo F4 A few weeks ago Octobinz started a honebrew project, an R-Type clone on NDS using the PALib. Fast forward to right now and he's back with the latest update to the still unnamed R-Type clone.
R-Type is a horizontally-scrolling shoot-em-up arcade game produced by Irem in 1987. The game is set in the Bydo Empire, a world where hatred and slaughter are a way of life. No wonder disnce the empire is populated by fearsome grotesque creatures which "strike fear into the foundation of our souls." The goal of the game is to stomp out the monsters.
Back to Octobinz's version, the latest release has the following changes:
* Added main menu
* Added rtype module
* And some bug fixes
