Homebrew developer Darksidious has released PSP tools v0.1A. This application was coded in C/C++ and combines various utility programs into one package.
The homebrew allows users to create a Pandora battery, format the flash1 sector, delete your internet history, and more. Future releases will have a graphical user interface, compatibility with the PSP Slim and Lite, and other suggested changes from users.
So far, here's what the program can do (as translated by Google from its release thread):
* Pandoriser / Depandoriser your battery
* To format your Memory Stick to create a Pandora
* Write msipl.bin on your Memory Stick (needed for Pandora)
* Sauveguarder register
* Restoring the registry previously recorded
* Delete config.se which puts the default configuration
* Format flash1
* Delete Internet history
* Create files on the important ms0
If you plan on running this application be advised that PSP Tools is in French. Users will also need the 1.50 kernel for the program to run. Remember to be careful when using this program since any application that can edit the system's registry has the potential of bricking you handheld.

Here is version 0.9, this is probably the final version unless there are some more issues found or if I can add support for the dreaded 3.71 firmware or a new version of DC is released. I've had this much done for a couple of weeks now and I was hoping to add something more but I'm out of ideas
