Cpasjuste has today updated his Custom Firmware Extender for Dark_Alex's OE-A/B/C custom firmwares, and incorporates a few on Cpasjuste's own plugins for the firmware to extended beyond the capabilities of Dark_Alex's custom firmwares.
Features of this plugin pack include being able to start and stop a ftpd server while under the VSH (PSP Menu) to transfer files via WIFI, reset the PSP with a button while under the XMB or in-game, power off the PSP with a button while under the VSH (PSP Menu) or in-game and the ability to configure your button mapping. Here's what's been added in v1.2:
* Prevent a crash when booting with UMD inserted.
* Prevent a crash while using the reboot function (the module is now loaded a few seconds after the psp as booted).
* Sleep mode disabled when the ftpd is ON (big file transfer ok now).
* The combo button can now be assigned in the cfe_cfg.txt file.
* Each function can be now enable or disable in cfe_cfg.txt.
* A password can be set in the cfe_cfg.txt file to secure the ftpd server connection.
These changes have been made with Cpasjuste's excellent coding skills so everything should run smoothly but there may be a few new bugs added in the wake of the changes. If you find any bugs please report them in the forum release thread. This application does write to your flash memory so as always be careful and read the readme!
