Fan Control Utility (ISO / NO GUI) 2.01: Aldo Keeps Cobra Users Cool - Looking to keep your Cobra CFW system cool? Aldo has a new ISO file that can do it in seconds!
No PS3 owner wants to deal with a YLOD, and when you're a CFW owner, sometimes you can be at high risk for overheating. Tool developer Aldo Vargas has taken it upon himself to remedy this issue for those on Cobra CFW by creating a Control Fan Utility ISO file. It's a mod of Estwald's previous work on the app, and features a GUI and GUI-free mode. Getting things configured is as easy as hitting the correct button at boot! Keep cool on Cobra with help from Aldo!
Fan Control Utility (ISO/No GUI) 2.01a updated 2013-11-15!
This is an unofficial version of Fan Control Utility by Estwald that auto-quits immediately to XMB after set the fan policy. Hold X for 10 seconds to enable the GUI. The settings will be saved in the internal HDD, if the included PKG is installed and dev_hdd0/game/CTRLFAN00/fan_speed.dat exists.
Note: The AUTOBOOT.ISO for COBRA 7 auto-quits. There are 2 PKG files: one has no GUI, the other always shows the GUI.
