We have just picked word that Team aXr^2 has once again released a new build of their Flash0 Spacer application for the PSP. For those asking, this application will allow you to back up your PSP's flash0, as well as freeing up 2.5 MB of space by "dummying" up unimportant files on your flash0. Version 2.0.1 hosts several new changes, the biggest of which is a bug fix for its backup function. As for the rest of the changes since version 2.0:
* Changed exit button from L+R to SELECT
* Changed some folder names, to get prepared for 3.71M33 compatibility.
* Changed Battery Limits: If you are under 30%, you either plug in your AC adaptor to continue,
* or press X to exit.
* Corrected grammar and mistakes in "USERS GUIDE.txt"
As a reminder, this version of Flash0 Spacer is not built to work with PSPs running on custom firmware 3.71 M33, and is still limited to the PSP Phat. Given the change note's indications, however, we could be looking at a 3.71 M33-compatible release in the near future. We warn would-be users that this application will modify your PSP's flash0 - be sure to view the file bundle's instructions for proper details, and the dev team's release thread over at the QJ.NET forums.
