With the new year coming in, Zx-81 greets everyone with the release of the latest version of his remote PC access application Portable VNC v1.2.7. This newest build takes care of some minor bugs noted with Custom Firmware 3.xx and the IR keyboard that works with the app.
Here's the short list of changes since our previous coverage of Portable VNC v1.2.6:
+ Fix issue with fw3x (not enough heap memory)
+ Fix issue with IR keyboard (linked with latest version)
The IR keyboard part has been tested using a Targus Universal IR Wireless keyboard and now works for both Custom FW 1.5 and 3.xx. Lastly, don't forget to check out the Readme.txt file that's included in the downloads below.

It's been a while since we've seen any activity from zx-81's Portable VNC homebrew app for the PlayStation Portable. However, the developer recently dropped by our PSP Development forum and informed us that Portable VNC v1.2.8 was already up and available for download
PSPSSH: SSH2 PSPSSH: SSH2
is a port of the version 0.48.1 to the PSP.
This ssh client gives you a remote access to your PC (if you have a SSH server installed of course), and you can then enter commands and run scripts as if you were directly in front of your PC
