PS3 Gamepad Test: Make Sure Your Controllers Work On CFW
Want to make sure your Dualshock 3 is working properly on a modded console? Check out this cool application by zar!
PS3 Gamepad Test is a homebrew app that remains true to its name. By nature, it allows you to test the buttons and vibration motors on your DualShock 3 to make sure that everything is functioning properly. We've seen previous similar releases exclusively for Cobra firmware, but this one should work on all CFW versions. See more details below!

The New PSP Game Maker (Gamma release) The New PSP Game Maker (Gamma release)
It seems that there's an on-going friendly competition between two homebrew developers over at QJ Forums. A couple of days ago, Re_AnimAte released a fairly good version of the application known as The PSP Game Maker. In a nut shell, it is a working compiler and tester for Lua games made in C#
Check NDS Check NDS Check NDS by bong is one of those helpful homebrews that comes really handy when your DS is acting up and you don't know whether to just give it a kiss. BlackSPEED Oy vey. It seems our read and write speeds are slowing down today, as we missed this new app mentioned on the Exophase forums by a couple of hours (or a lot... we never got the hang of checking timezones)
memtestARM memtestARM This DS homebrew program runs a diagnostic test on the RAM in a SLOT-2 accessory connected to your Nintendo DS system. It uses RAM Unlocking API by Lick to see what kind of accessory (or "RAM pak") you are using, and then it writes various bit patterns to RAM (much like memtest86) to make sure that RAM can hold them.

PAD Tester PAD Tester
A forum member who goes by the moniker "the unique warrior" also came up with his own pad and button tester. He says that he decided to make one in C++ since SuperbatXS's tester was in LUA. The result is PAD Tester, a non-LUA button tester that works with DA 2.71 SE-A.
It works pretty much like the LUA Button Tester
