Hagaeatama has updated PSPBMC, a Bookmark forwarding tool for the PSP and your PC. My Japanese is pretty rusty so I can't give the usage instructions, but suffice to say that you don't need to be a rocked scientist to use it.
The only thing that's fixed is the delete function. If you're japanese, have fun with it. If you're not, well keep waiting. Here's what he said in his minimal english "I may make an English-language edition someday for people who cannot read Japanese. Please wait without expecting."
