QJ.NET reader Mr Razero has pointed us towards a VSH and a PAF editor made by homebrew coder takeshi. This pair of applications that should help those who are into customizing their PlayStation Portables.
The good thing about these apps is that they been updated to work with VSH.prx and PAF.prx files for firmware 3.71M33. That's actually pretty much the only new thing added to these editors. Also, please note that these are for Windows PCs.
The editors are in Japanese, but they do have an English language option. The downloads below also include readme files, but they're in Japanese so you may have to run them through a web translator.
