If you're looking to spice up your PS3's menu, then you'll be happy to know that developer sbcroix has just the thing for you with PS3 Theme Builder v1.3. This update includes a lot of bug fixes as well as a couple of additions to its Preview function.
Those of you who want to try their hand in making their own custom themes for their PS3s will have to get a hold of .NET Framework 2.0 to run this neat application under Windows.
This latest version has a lot of updates since the previous v1.2 that you can take a look from the changelog below:
