3DSExplorer - Nintendo 3DS Homebrew dev elisherer has updated 3DSExplorer bring us to version 0.83. 3DSExplorer is a PC utility that will display information on the 3DS ROMS (CCI/3DS), 3DS backups (sav / bin) and files tmd (TMD). For v0.83 elisherer has fixed Correct Ticket and Icon color mapping (RGB -> GBR).
