PSP homebrew coder becus25 is back and has just released the newest version of Vsh Resource Manager. It's now on version 0.2 and its now compatible with OE, M33, and Wildcard custom firmware.
In case you missed the first release, Vsh Resource Manager is a theme flashing app. As promised, the dev has included support for custom firmwares, though becus25 mentioned that he has only tested the application on 3.40 OE. Here are the additions for version 0.2:

The dev shares credit with TrAnK (author of pic1.png) and FZero (author of icon0.png), whose files he included in the project. Anyway, check out the readme (notas ; notes.txt) that comes with download.
