Looking for an update for your PS3 games? This scene tool has always been one of the best options!
Essentially what Simple PS3Updates can do for you is locate update PKG files for all of your PS3 games, and then download them. That way even if your console doesn't have an active internet connection, you can let your PC do all the work instead. This late in the program's life cycle, the changes made are only small ones, but this possibly final build shows that its never too late to jump on the bandwagon. Homebrew developer FreePlay dropped by Qj.NET PSP Development Forum and released an application called NewBTCNFedit. Basically, this tool helps users to build a customized pspbtcnf.bin file for firmwares not supported by PSPBTEdit.
The coder also mentioned that this is highly useful for those who are on CFW 3
