Homebrew developer emu_kidid 08has rolled out a new application that enables Nintendo Wii owners on their systems. This became possible, needless to say because of the Zelda TP exploit.
Simply called Wii Mode MP3 Player, the program was created using libogc cvs. Since the homebrew scene for the Wii is just beginning to take off, we believe a step-by-step instruction needs to be provided:
* Format your SD card.
* Extract and copy the file called padding to your SD card
* Use dd or writeelf (for windows) to copy MP3PLAY.elf to (physical)sector 2048
* On the SD card, create a DIR called MP3 in root and place all your .mp3's in here (4096 is the limit of files allowed) and no subdirs allowed.
* Run the exploit on zelda and enjoy
Coder emu_kidid 08 also provided an Instructions.txt file in dowload packages below. Be sure to browse through the documentation first to avoid any problems.
