The WiiCR team has come up with a new version of their media player application for the Wii. WiiCR v0.3.0.1 has some features added to make things more interesting, though there were some issues that needed fixing in between 0.2.9.3 and the current version.
On the bright side, the following things were added since 0.2.9.3:
* Shoutcast player added to icons1 theme (comming soon to the rest).
* Min flv size upped to 10kb in encode.pl (helps linux out).
* View swf
* Prev/ next picture
* Video playback fixed by reverting (again, not using Aurions latest solution but the 1 before).
* m3u and pls now fully supported
* enc_daemon updated, now more informative.
They had some problems with video play earlier, but those seem to have been resolved. In any case, feel free to check the readlink for more information, including a handy installation guide and alternate themes you can use for decorating the app. Enjoy!
