It's not exactly like Worms, but you're sure to encounter those pink skinned insects crawling around your PSP screen in the latest version of the homebrew game by JBskateur. Wormstation 1.1 sports better controls compared to its last iteration while featuring the same head-to-head worm blasting action.
The game still plays in a hotseat-like manner where the first player controls his character using the d-pad, while the second player uses the four buttons on the right side of the handheld. Each player uses their respective shoulder button closest to them to shoot at their opponent.
While the controls are more fluid this time, you still have to line up your character perfectly to get an actual hit on your opponent. Still, JBskateur seems pretty determined to improve this homebrew for players to enjoy.
Perhaps in the next version the developer will finally explain why these two insects are duking it out in the middle of the toilet.
