Check out a cool plugin called ZeroVSH Patcher.A This is version 0.2 and it gives users the ability to really customize their PSP.A You can add resources, fonts, bitmap images, gameboots and modules direct from a memory stick or internal storage.
Here is how you use it.
"Copy zerovsh_patcher.prx and zerovsh.ini to your seplugins folder.A Just place all the files you want to load from your memory stick or internal storage in the
folder which you have RedirPath set to in zerovsh.ini (Default is (root):/PSP/VSH) and let the plugin do the rest of the work"
