DarkGiovy has been making PS3 tools for some time now, and DarkPS3 is his very latest creation. Essentially what the developer tries to do here is put all of the essential game patching and booting tasks under one roof. When trying to play newer games on older custom firmwares, the hope is that a tool like this is the only one you'll need to get your backups up and running. Aside from resigning SELFs and building EDATs. you'll also find many other small functions detailed below!
Note: Compatibility seems spotty with this app, especially on 32-bit Windows. Try it and see what works!
DarkPS3Tools V1.00: DarkPS3Tools is new version of DarkEbootFixer, I decided to change, given that I rewrite 60% of the tool. The tool is extremely simple to use, and all processes are almost completely automatic.

Time for more homebrew. QJ reader psphackman tipped us off to a 3.30 OE-a recovery prx in eboot mode that Negi released on our PSP Development forums. According to Negi, he didn't write any code for this release. This is just the result of hex editing the 3.30 OE-A recovery prx into an Eboot

Just a few days back, homebrew developer Akez released a new version for his PSP Wave Changer and new the dev's back with an upgrade. The wave flasher gets a minor addition, it now shows if the battery level is below 5%.
The dev added his own themes to the bundle though if they are not to your liking, feel free to delete them
