Twin Isles (First Release) Scott Graham of h4ck3r.net has released a Nintendo DS homebrew game that plays on the strength of the nifty handheld - touch screen, microphone, and dual screen. The game is called Twin Isles, a Civilization/SimCity/Utopia-style game for the DS. If you're into simulation games, this homebrew is worth checking out.
Twin Isles currently starts with one mode of play known as Free Play. It's an open-ended mode where the ultimate goal is to keep your growing population happy. Scott plans to add more modes of play including Wi-Fi multiplayer, something that simulation junkies would be looking out for.
You can save a replay of the game if you have SRAM on your GBA cart.
