Homebrew developer spike_132000 dropped by QJ.NET PSP Development forum and released a new build for his PlayStation Portable portal Lectus. In case some of you are wondering what happened to the first version, the coder noted that he had to discontinue it due to copyright issues with the browser.
Anyway, Lectus is currently on version 2.0

Littlevish on the QJ.net PSP Development Forums announced that Homebrew developer Jesus_Lover has come out with The Homepage Portal 3.2. This program has multiple functionalities making it a nice addition to your growing collection of applications on your PSP
E-Buddy Live Portal
Developer TJcrazy has launched the E-buddy Live Portal recently. This homebrew gives users an easy way of accessing the PSP-E-Buddy site easily from a Windows Live Messenger Portal.
All in all, this is a pretty comprehensive portal which should make browsing much more fun
