Kech over at PS2DEV has just released his port of Open Mugen for the PSP. Right now, it's still pretty rough. But expect it to get better as the Open Mugen project progresses further. Currently OpenMugen runs on Windows,Linux and XBOX, and now the PSP.
Open Mugen is a 2d Beat-em-Up. I've played this game on Linux before and it is a lot of fun.
