Need to change your ConsoleID or PSID on 4.46 custom firmware? TeamSGK has a solution that just might be the answer to your prayers.
If your console has been banned from accessing the PlayStation Network, the only way to get back online is to change your PSID and ConsoleID to ones from a valid system. These codes can certainly be hard to locate. However, if you happen to find one, this tool by TeamSGK will install it on your PS3. All you have to do is copy the required digits to a text document and put it on a USB drive. More information from a translated changelog is below!

Use
Create a text file named psid.txt and / or consoleid.txt to the root of your USB device.
For PSID: Enter 32 hexadecimal characters in the file (eg 1234567890ABCDEFFEDCBA0987654321) for consoleid, 64 hex characters.
Install the package.
Start PSIDPatch.
Select USB with Up / Down.
Press X to patch.
