Over on QJ.NET's PSP Development forums, LogiKz has released the Easy Ultimate Cheat Installer. The installer pack includes the following homebrew applications:
To run the installer, connect your PSP to your computer and run "Easy Ultimate Cheat Installer.bat". After selecting the appropriate drive letter, go into your PSP's recovery menu and enable all the new plugins. Here are the button combinations used to activate the installed programs:
