default.arm7 with WiFi from Poff Tech dstool is a DS rom tool by DarkFader (one of the people that helped make FlashMe v7 on NDS-Lite possible) used for viewing header info, fixing CRC, and extracting files from the DS filesystem.
But at Poff Tech, we find this:
"Since ndstool's default arm7 bin, doesn't have WiFi built-in yet, I just decided to host a new default arm7 bin for people to download. I know this isn't THAT helpful, but I wanted to just throw this up here in case anyone, like me, doesn't want to hassle with setting up arm7 source code and such."
