MapViewerDS: First release From the most intelligent Mollusk in the universe comes another homebrew app for the DS called MapViewer DS. Now, even if you're not the Einstein of invertebrates you'd know from the title alone what Mollusk's new app is about. But we'll tell you anyway. MapViewer DS allows DS users to view one of the 30 metro/train maps from cities all over this wonderful world of ours. Why would you want to do that? Because its the next best thing to teletransportation.
This is only the first release and Mollusk calls it "pretty useless for now." But we're pretty sure most great things started out as"pretty useless" including the first home computer and look at Bill Gates and Steve Jobs now. The system uses PAFS so adding new maps is a breeze. Imagine if every DS user in the world added his/her own location map to this app.
MapViewer is also simple to use. Download the file (which includes .nds, .ds.gba, sc.nds versions) and install. Use the stylus to move around. Up and Down corresponds to Zoom in and Zoom out.
