NewBTCNFedit
Homebrew developer FreePlay recently released an update for NewBTCNFedit, bumping it up to version 0.2. For those who haven't heard of it, this application helps users build a customized pspbtcnf.bin file for firmwares not supported by PSPBTEdit.

Project4 Open
Homebrew developer Auraomega has released the latest build to Project4, an XMB replacement for the PSP. This is now the fourth release for the Open Beta.
A lot of new updates in this build. Auraomega highlighted a few of the more important ones: "a new config setup, music streaming, some new modules, a super speeded installer" among many others

Auraomega has triumphed. We're making a note here: huge success! Project4 is now out of beta and releasing to the public, calling itself Project4 v1.6180.

Change-D (070308 release)
Homebrew developer the cobra - author of Robot Warriors DC and JOKEtopia - has released a new program entitled Change-D. It's a simple prx that lets you switch between games and applications in the VSH. Be sure to read the documentation included in the program for more information

Despertar del Cementerio
It's here guys! Dark_Alex' latest update to his Despertar del Cementerio "Universal Bricker" has arrived, upping it to version 7. This one carries with it the ability to fully regenerate the IDStorage.
This is really great news, because we know how much of a hassle it is to have the IDStorage wiped out

pgeLauncher
Sony_psp_player has come out with a new bit of homebrew for people to try out. It's called pgeLauncher, and as the name implies, this homebrew can be used to launch PGE Lua Applications.
Included in the downloadable file is the launcher, as well as a sample application known as Draw3D on the device
