Custom Firmware Extender
PSP Homebrew Developer Cpasjuste has released the latest update for Custom Firmware Extender v1.9.2, straight after releasing v1.9.1. The quick updates addressed some bugs after the release of v1.9. There's only one major change (aside for the bug fixes) that enables/disables text transparency.

Coder Auraomega dropped by QJ.NET PSP Development Forum and announced the release of a quick fix for Project4. This program is a suitable complete replacement for the XMB of your Sony PlayStation Portable.
According to the homebrew developer, the fix does not tackle any internal bugs for it uses the same main code
