Generic Flasher
Well, look what we have here. Slasher from Team Duck has dropped by our forums to share with us his Generic Flasher that basically flashes whatever your file you may want to... er... flash. So, here's how it works.
According to Slasher, this applicatin is for just about any custom firmware version, including 3.03 OE-C and 3.10 OE-A

PSP homebrew coder BadBoy just dropped the word over at the QJ.Net Forums to let everybody know about the latest release of the 3.x OE Customizer homebrew application.
This potent application allows you - among other things - to change your background images, your gameboot, and dump/flash registry
SCEP-XMB
Aldostools informed us yesterday that there was a new version of SCEP up, but we only got to updating the application today. Needless to say, there's three versions, depending on what type of PSP and FW you're using.

Yesterday, we shared with you an alternative application to flash your PlayStation Portable (PSP) units. It's called Lua Flasher and was coded by splodger15. Some of you mentioned that there are a lot mre stable apps out there but as we said, it's good to have alternatives

Re_AnimAte has released another application called PSP Lua Pad, which is an app that helps people make standard Lua applications and code of their own. Think of it as Notepad for Lua enthusiasts.
