NDS Managedbuilder Sniper doesn't let a great season like summer to stop him from doing something what he loves which is brewing NDS applications.nds He just released NDS Managedbuilder 1.1.2, the latest update on his application which is an Eclipse CDT plugin for C/C++ development especially for the NDS target system. The new features in v1.1.2 include:

* SupportsEABI gcc compiler used by the devkitARM R19 but still supports the "old" ELF compiler
* Compatible with the NDS Managedbuilder 1.1.1
* Switches between the project types EABI and ELF by using a project converter (only works with CDT3.1.0+ not with CDT3.0.x)
* Added a binary parser "NDSBinaryParser" for the ROM files which shows the ROM name + code, code size, destination addresses and program counters

ID3lib ZXeno from our forums has released v0.9 of his ID3lib library for reading ID3 tags from MP3 files in C. This is very usefuil for developers coding some sort of media player or any other homebrew application with MP3 support. It has support for ID3v1 and ID3v2 (all versions should work)
PIXELMANPIXELMAN
Sprite Designing/Testing/Creating/Animating On the GO!Just so it's clear and the purpose of the app isn't in question (as I think it might be) this is intended to be a developers helper in designing/modifying sprites, particularly for use with PALib, but since there is a binary export now I'm gathering they could be used with any dev platform (not like there are many others

Daaa's animLib v4 mod You guys remember Grimfate126's Lua animation library, animLib? Daaa has released his own mod of Grimfate's original lib over on our PSP Development forums. First of all, both this mod and the original app lets homebrew devs create animations easily using spritesheets. Perfect for those who are just starting out on Lua coding

TimeManagerTimeManager
TimeManager Yan2Yan's TimeManager version 0.1 could be a great addition for time-dependent applications and games for some trying homebrew coders out there, though this one's particularly made for C, C++ coding environments for the Sony PlayStation Portable

IDE PSP 0.1.1  from darksidious77: Hi all I present my new PC coded in C / C + + with QT. As its name indicates it is an IDE. Indeed it will allow you to create projects and manage them as well as for C / C + + / Ass enable compilation ^^^^. For this you will need to install pspdev and indicate the program or simply is pspdev ^^^^
WoopsiWoopsi
Woopsi from ant512: This release is the first alpha version. At this point I'm mainly concerned with bugfixing and tidying up than adding significant new features. Big changes this time around include the removal of PALib support and a directory restructure. This is the first release of Woopsi that ships as a proper library
PSPBEEBPSPBEEB
