Version 0.41 is now available.
This version contains the usual set of bugfixes, optimisations and new test projects. The SDL compatibility layer has been greatly improved in this release - I compiled a quick test for the GP2X F-200 and it now runs at the same speed as the DS version.
New features are limited to some more graphics functions

This release adds system-wide support for unicode (UTF-8). Virtually all of the new features are related to text storage, manipulation or display.
In addition to that, the FileRequester is now an official part of libwoopsi and there are dozens of fixes and improvements

Other than a few minor enhancements to the Debug class, this release just contains bug fixes.
There are a couple of points to note about this release
Tinke Tinke is benito356's de-compiler application for the Nintendo DS, currently in version 0.5.0.5. Basically it allows you to get information, as well as "view and extract some files" on the handheld, such as narc/ NCGR/ NCLR, etc., which may be contained in your game. This file here contains Tinke v0.5.0.5 x86

Tinke - Tinke v0.8.2 from NDS dev benito356 is a compiler that can come in very useful. It allows you to select a kit and tinke v0.8.2 will give you the information for viewing and retrieving files like narc, NCGR, NCLR which all may be found in the game.

PAlib 060917 PAlib is Mollusk's programming interface that lets you develop new games and applications for your Nintendo DS. In other words, it's a homebrewer's friend. It uses libNDS and it's very easy to use.
Mollusk describes this update as "PAlib 060917 : Biggest update ever."
