School's still not out for students of LUA animation: Grimfate126 has released the second volume - well edition or version, really - of his Animation Lib. Take notes, young LUA homebrew padawans: Version 2 now features the ability to load and play animations from a sprite sheet. *.bmp is now a valid extension as well, thanks to youresam's bmplib
LUALibrary
Attention LUA developers: Romero126 has released LUALibrary v 1.00 beta WIP, an update of LUA Library with a WIP SonyKeyboard Text Input system. This is still at the beta stage, and Romero126 said that the SCE SonyKeyboard is only partially functional. However, it should be fully functional in about a week (we'll update this post when that happens)
ssLib
Continuing his range of homebrew updates, Glynnder from our forums has given something useful to not only homebrew players with his latest PSP project, ssLib v0.2 beta. As you've probably guessed by the title, ssLib is a Lua library that allows Lua coders to add screensaver to any Lua application using just one line of code
Gmax2PSP
We missed Alatnet and his uber-useful 3D modeling application Gmax2PSP. He recently came back into the fray with version 4 of his program and less than 48 hours later, he's come up with Gmax2PSP v5.
For those who haven't heard of it, homebrewers can use this to make custom content for their games, so long as they're gmax-enabled
Lua Scripter
savagefreak has just released his Lua Scripter v1.1, a very basic homebrew app which lets you make your own PSP/PC .LUA scripts that you can play using LUAplayer
After the thunderous success of Dark_AleX, Mathieulh and Harleyg's TA-082 downgrader (which is pretty much the Holy Grail of the homebrew community at the moment), DAX has now decided to release the source code for the said downgrader under the General Public License or GPL
Velocity Library
Velocity Library, otherwise known as vLib, is a specical library that's meant to aid users in developing their own games. ZettaBlade's just released it for public use, and he's already out and about answering questions for the people.

Zettablade from the QJ.NET Forums (forums.qj.net) has updated Velocity Library (vLib), a "general purpose library" for quickly making simple 2D games (although some limited 3D features are included in the library). Earlier this month, we reported on vLib v1.0 and vLib v1.1.

I've changed a massive amount of code and such in this release. It's faster, and more efficient. It can also draw some simple shapes (dots, lines, and a bunch of differrent rectangles)
PSPFramework 1.0
With the recent number of coding competitions, homebrew programmers have slowly been carving out a niche in the homebrew scene for Sony's PlayStation Portable. In particular, the Old School Library (OSlib) Sprites Lib has become the mainstay framework on which coders have been basing their 2D games on for the PSP
