DS Game Maker
Ever wanted to try your hand at making your very own DS game? These days, you don't even have to be a programming expert to do that. Not with the help of DS Game Maker.
This new app (which, despite sharing a name with FatQuack's old DS Game Maker, is apparently different) lets users create their own homebrew games visually. You can even add WiFi, rumble, and sound.
Of course, there's a catch. The download below is just the free version of DS Game Maker. Upgrading to the registered version - which gets rid of the DS Game Maker logo when running a game and adds more features like scrollable sprites and additional actions - costs US$ 10.
If you got an error while installing Themes, Software or Games, please, read FAQ.

This version has had a significant version bump because it is considered complete. I'm holding off from releasing version 1.0 partly to ensure that the documentation is done and partly to allow time for any bug reports

WireWorld DS WireWorld DS Nintendo DS homebrew developer asiekierka has released a new build for WireWorld, a DS version of the classic cellular automation program that simulates logic gates.
Programmers, in particular, might take an interest in this application. WireWorld basically reconstructs the logic pattern of commands such as AND, OR, NOT, NAND, and so on
Woopsi Woopsi A new version of Ant512's Woopsi, a handy windowing system for creating homebrew user interfaces for the Nintendo DS is now out folks.

Okay, FreePlay's been busy putting together a minimal SKD for BD-J development, and he's generously shared it to the rest of the young PS3 homebrew community.
What this release brings you is basically everything you'll need to get started, save for a couple of things:

Grimfate126 was kind enough to impart his wisdom to other members of the QJ Developer forums with what you could basically call a tutorial of sorts.
Dubbed Animation Lib 1, this is meant to help people in understanding and programming LUA animations for PSP games and the like
