A_Engine_lua pre-Alpha
For those who are about to enter the wonderful world of coding homebrews, coder a_noob has just released a new programming language engine known as A_Engine_lua. Take note that this is not a modification of Lua Player
BCX-BASIC
BCX is called "The BASIC To C Translator". This means that BASIC code is converted to C. After that the resulting C code is compiled with the devKitPro toolchain with all the libraries like a normal Wiibrew application.
You have to have a bit of C knowledge to use BCX since you sometimes have to inspect the resulting C code
be2003's Yeti3D PSP port
Homebrew coder be2003 has just announced the recent release of the PSP port of Yeti3D. In case you guys are wondering what this application is, Yeti3D is a 3D engine originally built by Derek Evans for the Game Boy Advance back in 2003.
Be2003 notes is that this version isn't dependent on SDL - it's a pure PSP port
Black Dev's Team IDE 2009

BlueKVM: Java for your PSP
The QPOINT Software Group is working on BlueKVM, a port of the J2ME technology's Kilobyte Virtual Machine. It's basically a Java Runtime Environment for the PSP.
