  PSPDev for Win32

Developer, xorloser, created an installable PSPDev environment for Win32. According to the good developer, this was done using the latest toolchain script and pspsdk available at that time.
This contains all you need to start developing for psp on a windows machine, presented in a nice, easy to use, installable format.

It contains the latest pspdev compiler and tools built on the GCC v4.0.2 toolchain and patches. It also contains the current (direct from svn) version of pspsdk precompiled. xorloser would just like to remind those who will be getting this that when installing, DO NOT install to a directory path that contains spaces! He also wants to extend his thanks to all those who helped make the toolchain and pspsdk what it is today.

Changelog:
* uname now returns the correct system type (windows) for scripted stuff
* rm.exe now deletes files using wildcards
* rmdir.exe has been copied to cyg-rmdir.exe (to resolve dos rmdir command conflicts)
* mkdir.exe has been copied to cyg-mkdir.exe (to resolve dos mkdir command conflicts)
* echo.exe has been copied to cyg-echo.exe (to resolve dos echo command conflicts)

Graphical Vote Table (Bugfix)Graphical Vote Table (Bugfix)
Graphical Vote Table (Bugfix)  It wasn't so long ago that we featured HaxXBlaster's Graphical Vote Table (that non-devs could turn into a Magic 8-Ball) here at QJ. Lua developers have warmly received his work and has given their support and opinion through its release thread over at the forums. Which by the way has been very busy since the application's release

VGM-DSVGM-DS
VGM-DS A week after v0.90 was released, Globoeil has followed it up and now patched it up to VGM-DS v0.90 Rev1 (Revision1). There's been quite a big bunch of crucial bug fixes that he's incorporated into the release. If you're familiar with RPGMaker (2000), you'd know how much simple bug fixes can go a long way
Gmax2PSPGmax2PSP
Gmax2PSP  Many gamers enjoy "modding" their games by importing their own props into the game environment. This is very common, and relatively easy to do, with PC games such as The Sims 2, because of the relative abundance of third-party utilities designed for this purpose
